01.Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, accessing, subscribing to, or using Hiveflick (https://hiveflick.com) or any associated subdomains, API endpoints, or services operated by Hiveflick ("Hiveflick", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

02.Informational & Technical Analysis Disclaimer

All content published on Hiveflick—including software reviews (/tools), technical showdowns (/compare), alternative migration breakdowns (/alternatives), growth stack blueprints, and pricing calculators—is provided for general informational, educational, and technical evaluation purposes only.

03.Third-Party Links & Affiliate Relationship Disclaimers

Hiveflick contains outbound links pointing to external commercial SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure providers, and software marketplaces. Many of these links route through our centralized link router (/go/[slug]) and are affiliate links for which Hiveflick may receive referral commissions at zero extra cost to you.

• •Independent Transactions: Any software purchase, trial activation, contract execution, or data exchange is conducted solely between you and the third-party provider under their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
• •No Vendor Liability: Hiveflick assumes no liability, responsibility, or warranty for third-party software uptime, data breaches, billing disputes, API outages, service cancellations, or damages resulting from your use of third-party tools.

04.Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

The Hiveflick platform, including its brand identity, custom website design system, interactive canvas shaders, directory taxonomy, proprietary comparison algorithms, JSON automation workflow blueprints, research datasets, text copy, and graphical assets, is owned by Hiveflick and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

05.Prohibited User Conduct

When interacting with Hiveflick, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• ×Using automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or extraction tools to harvest tool records or proprietary research without prior authorization.
• ×Attempting to probe, scan, breach, or bypass authentication measures, firewalls, or admin dashboard endpoints.
• ×Flooding forms, API endpoints, or lead magnets with spam, automated payloads, or malicious scripts.
• ×Impersonating Hiveflick personnel, other users, or claiming unauthorized partnership representation.

06.Agency Consulting & Professional Engagements

Any bespoke automation engineering, custom web application development, outdoor advertising campaign management, or systems architecture consulting provided by Hiveflick is governed by a separate, formal Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed between Hiveflick and the client.

Submitting a strategy call request or contact inquiry via the website does not create a binding agency-client relationship until formal engagement terms are signed.

07.Disclaimer of Warranties

HIVEFLICK AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES, DIRECTORY CATALOGS, BLUEPRINTS, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE FROM CYBER ATTACKS.

08.Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HIVEFLICK, ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, REVENUE INTERRUPTION, SOFTWARE MIGRATION EXPENSES, OR THIRD-PARTY VENDOR CHARGES—ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU DIRECTLY TO HIVEFLICK IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER).

09.Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hiveflick and our team members from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any third-party rights or laws.

10.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to Hiveflick shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
